Conference 2024: Beginnings
Join a wonderful group of Professional Voice & Speech Teachers & Coaches for the inaugural National Voice Association/Association Nationale De La Voix conference! This event will take place June 8 & 9, 2024 at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario. We will share ideas, ask questions, demonstrate innovative methods and help each other develop our skills in this fascinating field in which we work.
The theme of this year's conference is 'Beginnings'. The NVA/ANV welcomes Members and Non-Members to the conference, established teachers and students, anyone interested in the speaking voice, our most important communication tool. The spark for this association was a strong desire to connect with other Voice & Speech Professionals from across this vast land, home to numerous cultures and diverse voices. So join us for this joyous weekend. And we will socialize and laugh as we learn from each other. We will listen to each other's unique voices and stories. And we will connect with colleagues from all across Canada as we begin our journey together in our newly formed organization. This is the beginning of something very special and we want your voice to be part of the story.

Plenty of free parking by the theatre entrance! In the unlikely event of the theatre parking lot being full, attendees will be directed to a free city parking lot close by.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Conference Dorm Room Bookings have now closed. However, attendees can still make an individual reservation in another dorm right next door! Please note: Individual reservations are made through Brock directly, not through the NVA.
Accommodations are offered in a 'pod' - two private rooms with one shared washroom in between - at a rate of $124.95 & tax per night per pod, whether booked for one or two people. No breakfast reservations are offered, but there are inexpensive offerings close by.

WINE TASTING EVENT
On Saturday evening, join with other NVA members for a Private Wine Tasting at the Konzelmann Estate Winery. Tickets are $52, and must be purchased online.
